Update: They did respond by email and I sent up all ids on cards and bracelets and they did get them setup and working. Happy with the product, not happy all of the brain damage I had to go through.

Precious: Just received 10 bracelets and 20 cards that I ordered online. None of them work and go to a site that errors out and is not set up. I don’t get it. Why ship out a non working product? Can’t be that hard to program the right way. And there is no way to login or set up. No phone number. Shame on me.
