My pop card is great. I love how it sits up on my reception desk so clients can easily do a review at the time they are cashing out.

"Popcard dont work "

I ordered Popcards. These arrived after 2 weeks and when I tried, the Popcards and are not configured and the message recommends contacting support. I have sent multiple emails (this is the only way to contact them that it's provided) without any response. I paid for cards that don't work, and the cards are useless.

The cards I ordered don’t work. They send you to a blank page with a not found error message. I contacted costumer service via email a couple days ago and i haven’t received an answer yet

I was introduced to pop card. I really like the concept and I brag to everybody about it what I didn’t like was navigating the purchase form. I wanted to put a logo on there granted I’m not the savviest computer person around but a help line or Something more user-friendly for older people may be a bit more advantageous other than that I think it’s really great. I was getting some signs done and the vendor had this. I was able to leave a star review and a description, but I was not able to load a picture.

after 2 weeks we still do not have the paid for cards. Our Zappy card arrived in 2 days so hopoefully we will get them. If/when we do and are able to use them we can give a proper rating
