My order arrived well packaged and very quickly. Unfortunately I had made a mistake in the size of photo mount ordered. I thought I had checked carefully but obviously not. Please can you make it extra clear what size photo the mounts hold.

but i love your products and they are very popular with our customers, i am disappointed in companies who copy your moulds and give them a bad name when they have bought the inferior mould not the real mccoy - have pointed this out on lots of occasions.
