Alison at Hastingwood Basket Works is incredibly helpful and friendly. The website is very clear and it offers guidance for measuring for custom made baskets. I am delighted with the baskets, the whole process from ordering through to delivery went to plan and the baskets are fantastic quality - what more can I say!
