You false advertising sold me the wrong item never advise any one to do business with you

I use this company before and the product was wonderful and it came as promised this time around matter fact I've used them twice before and both times completely to my satisfaction. This third time, though I have placed my order and it has been several hours and I still have not received my product even though it is, promised immediately. I really hope that they give me the product I paid for because I would like to continue to give them my business. I give them two stars for this round. If they would release the order that I paid for they would be getting five.
