We joined SBC some 2 years ago. I was extremely apprehensive about making a change to our internet and phones; as any downtime would directly affect our business. Making this change was one of the best decisions I have made. We did experience downtime yesterday, 13 March 2019, and within minutes I had SBC on the line looking at the problem. I had regular updates throughout the afternoon, including a graph of the connection status.
