"Pick Your Own Veg"

I use the pick your own veg service and it works very well for me as I can adapt my order to suit what I need and I can order as frequently as I want. Very occasionally an item hasn't been available, especially if it is something a bit unusual, but if this happens I'm very happy for the small amount paid to go towards supporting the wonderful work of this excellent charity which is needed now more than ever.

I've just realised that I already left a review a year or so ago, but I'm quite happy leaving another one!

Even though I am the only one at home eating lots of vegs and fruit, my partner is as much looking forward to receiving our twice-monthly order as I am. The products are great :)) I've been missing eating tasty potatoes, and we're never disappointed with the quality of the ones included in the Vegaroonitoon box. Same for the eggs, they taste and look amazing. Other vegs and fruits (and mushrooms) are a delight to cook/eat as well.

It also feels great to buy something from a local organisation, I'd say it's definitely a + for me, knowing that my regular purchase may help other services run in some way.
I'm also glad to buy fruits and vegs that are not wrapped in layers of plastic!

The team has also always been very helpful and accommodating with deliveries. I'm very happy with the service and have been relieved to see it resume when it had become uncertain at some point if that was something CFINE could still do.

I will definitely carry on ordering my fruits and vegs box through CFINE.

"I’ve been using vegaroonitoon for over…"

I’ve been using vegaroonitoon since the OG lockdown. The convenience of having fresh fruit and veg dropped off every week means that I don’t have to think about it and there’s always something in for packed lunches and dinners.

I’ve changed my order several times and it’s never a problem. Always easy to let them know if you’re away or need to skip a week.

I’ve also been amazingly lucky to get membership of the Northfield mobile pantry! As well as being cheap, there are often lots of added extras. This week I got loads of cherry tomatoes, veg, Mayo and chocolate on top of my shop.

Just made a huge pan of tomato soup which will go in the freezer and is a meal that all the family will eat without argument!

All of this means I’m also supporting an amazing organisation that tackles good poverty along side food waste and most importantly I know that the money I spend will go to supporting the most vulnerable people in our communities.

You can do your bit too by placing an order or popping a donation into the drop off points in lots of supermarkets.

I make up my own order and the system is easy to use. Great to have it delivered to the door and I’m always delighted with the quality. Good to know it also supports the food bank, so it’s win win.

Love our fruit and veg box delivered by CFINE. I pick my produce every fortnight and the box is delivered to my home. Quality is excellent and staff so courteous and helpful. Highly recommend the service.
