Having the chance to book a private slot to go in and have the freedom to ask silly questions and try different prams and car seats with no pressure was amazing. I contacted Charlie through Instagram and she always responds incredibly quickly which is great. I would definitely recommend!

Really great shop with fab customer service. Found the whole process of looking for a pram overwhelming until we met Charlie - she listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect travel system. With our first baby on the way shopping was a nightmare as all baby shops seem to have closed down locally. We wanted an off road buggy and Charlie could not have been more helpful in going through what was available in different price ranges and what the positives and negatives were about each item. At no point did we feel pushed to make a decision or even buy through Charlie. We decided on a buggy a couple of days after our appointment and Charlie was completely transparent with delivery times etc and the fact delays were likely (as with everything currently).

These guys made our experience easy and pain free and we have a beautiful off road buggy ready for our little ones arrival.
