"Egg robot"

Robot was interesting to assemble and worked as described. My students love turning the key to deliver an egg filled with a word or letter for practice. It has made our lesson wrap up more enjoyable.

Well I bought this model thinking it was a good buy but have had to request parts that are missing and when the parts arrived the company sent the wrong ones it looks like a great model the steampunk marble run it would be nice if all the bits were there and not keep breaking and causing me to request more from the company as it takes such a long time to get them from china

Ho ordinato il set della locomotiva G2000 da montare approfittando del black friday.
Il pacco è arrivato sorprendentemente nel giro di 3 giorni (si appoggiano ad Amazon per fare le consegne), e fin qui tutto bene.
Durante il montaggio sorgono i primi problemi. Si nota fin da subito la scarsa qualità dei materiali, la quale spesso rende difficoltoso l'incastro tra i vari pezzi (in alcuni casi ho letteralmente dovuto schiacciare i pezzi uno sopra l'altro sul tavolino per farli entrare).
La procedura di costruzione dei vari moduli che compongo il set segue spesso un ordine sbagliato, del tipo: anziché stabilizzare il modulo che si sta costruendo man mano, questo viene stabilizzato alla fine giusto con gli ultimi due/tre pezzi. Questo porta ad avere moduli estremamente instabili (basta afferrarli anche dolcemente nel punto "sbagliato" e si smontano 5/6 pezzi come nulla) che vengono tenuti assieme a malapena da un paio di pezzi, magari a loro volta appoggiati su altri moduli instabili.
Ciliegina sulla torta, mancano dei pezzi che vanno a comporre le sospensioni del locomotore. Al loro posto vi sono dei pezzi che sì vi somigliano fisicamente, ma che sono notevolmente più lunghi e che quindi non si infilano nello spazio destinatovi.
Ho fatto richiesta di ricevere per posta i pezzi mancanti utilizzando l'apposito form sul sito, allegando la documentazione richiesta. Dopo tre giorni ho avuto una risposta dicendomi che i pezzi sarebbero stati inviati a breve, tuttavia, a distanza di 25 giorni da questa risposta, nulla è arrivato.
Per evitare di lasciare il set incompleto ho ordinato su un altro sito i pezzi mancanti.
Attualmente il set è montato ed è carino a prima vista, anche se è sufficiente aguzzare un po' la vista per accorgersi delle innumerevoli storture che presenta a causa dei vari pezzi incastrati a fatica.
Non nego di essermi divertito a montarlo nonostante i problemi riscontrati, anche se sarebbe necessario un diverso approccio di montaggio sulle istruzioni, una qualità maggiore nei materiali e un po' più di serietà nella gestione dei pezzi mancanti per renderlo un servizio da 5 stelle.

The nuclear submarine is a great kit, well worth the money. Loads of detail and easy to build. I added extra lights looks really smart. The pieces fit well and are nice and tight. Can't wait to get another set.
