While we have not yet completed the instalation I am happy with the goods recieved and the advice on your website.
the only problem we had was with the delivery company who only delivered the first of 2 parcels, and we had to chase the second one which arived the next day.

Delivery & service was fine. Cant comment on product as i hav nt installed it yet. Very expensive for what it is wanted to buy a cheaper brand but could nt get the size. Advertised it has detailed instructions but not detailed enough for a diyer. Drain section needs to be built which looks complicated. Hope it is ok when i install it

Super fast delivery ordered at lunchtime and shower tray arrived next day. Had a bit of a panic as we were let down by another plumbing supply company. Highly recommend - the tray is now fitted and looks excellent ready for the tiles.

This was the first time i have used this company and would use them again. I did not order the right drain for the tray that i ordered but got hold of them and was quickly guided to the right product. they contacted me when it was being sent out and contacted me when i returned the drain and awaiting the full refund. all in all great service.

Ordered wetroom tray and tanking kit. Really quick telephone response to say order had been placed and when delivery would be made. Unfortunately the tanking kit was damaged in transit. Unprompted I got a phone call from Josh asking how the service was. When explaining the situation I’ve been offered the refund of the tanking kit. Can’t ask much more than that.
