I think it's been a year now since I've been with Nabers. The support has been unwaveringly stellar. They know this stuff! They're quick. All of them. Doesn't matter who I talk to or chat with. Today it was Mercedes. They just make this so easy to do and feel confident you're doing everything correctly.

"Poor customer service."

This company charged my account for months even though I did not sign the forms and complete the set up because I discovered a Solo401K is not legal in my situation. I reached out to Nabers to ask for a refund and they ignored my request. I followed up later and they said they couldn't find the previous email. I forwarded my original request and they ignored it and only refunded one month of fees. (It's been going on for 6 months)

I was going to contact support to rollover funds (because I forgot how I did it last time), but found it was literally a click away (select your current 401k from a dropdown/list box) and Nabers created the documents/pdf for me.

It's actually harder to change your phone number with them than get faxable documents.

You do need to make it easier to change your phone number...
