The product is great how ever I was told it would arrive 2-3 working days it didn't arrive after 5 days so rang up and asked where it was. I was told it was lost but they sent a new one out and it turned up the next morning

I bought the mattress hoover. It is excellent & would highly recommend Ewbanks model. My previous model from a competitor - the light broke after 2nd use & lead not long enough. No replacement light could be purchased either!

I remember Ewbank from my mum's days- a trusted brand & not disappointed. Powerful, long lead, easy to empty & has lots of versatility. It converts to a handheld hoover.

Suction - for one that hoovers my bed weekly, I could not believe the dust that came out. One of the best purchases I've made. Would definitely by Ewbank again & delighted they are still around.

The product was late arriving, but what made matters worse is that they sent me and item i had not ordered in place of another item. When I called them I was told that the item I ordered did not fit my steamer and it should not have been on their page.
Otherwise I think there response to the problem was very good.
