AVOID AVOID AVOID ! This company will COST you money. I received a quote for 1380 for a truck and paid 120 callout charge. I phoned another company and truck was unnecessary and they fixed the issue in 15 minutes. They left the shower tray covered in sewage in the ensuite for an entire week-end and would not return until mid week. There was no sewage in the shower tray before they arrived. I was 8 months pregnant and the small was toxic and rancid. I was sleeping with a toddler in the bedroom next to the sewage. I had to pay another company to remove their mess. The other company could not believe the sewage had been left sitting in a shower tray. I rang the company and advised they left the ensuite bathroom shower tray covered in sewage and it was not like that before their visit. The smell was rancid following their visit and there is no door between the master bedroom and the ensuite, and the response I received was that the toddler was not sleeping in the bathroom ! I have requested several calls and I cannot get a return call from management. This company should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner. Please avoid this company.
