The item I wanted was out of stock and they emailed me offering alternatives at a discount to match the price of the item out of stock.

Shortly after placing my order, I received an email telling me that the order would not be despatched until payment had been received, and so I made the payment straight away.
The next day I received an email from Rockin IT telling me that the item I ordered was not in stock.
I sent an email to Rockin IT to complain about this, and Juan Burney resolved my query very quickly and refunded me within a couple of days.
The 3 star rating I have assigned is not less because of the very good service I received from Juan, but I would give no stars at all to a company which allows a system generated email to be sent out telling customers to make payment for an item which they don't even have in stock.
Why is there no real time system in place, which would confirm immediately whether an item was available or not, during the customer's initial enquiry about the item?

Items which are not in stock are not indicated on the website. So thinking I could get a Gigabyte Aorus B550 PRO was not the case and was soon told that they only had the Aorus Elite, an inferior, but not too bad, model.
Then they did not communicate with me when my item was shipped. I had to ask them myself to find out that it had gone from Durban, to JHB to Cape Town in that time already.
Good delivery, Good Item, Below average user experience and service.
