The delivery was quicker than expected. The quality of my ironing cart was better than expected as well. It was easy to construct and it looks great too. The only negative is there were not clear instructions for attaching the door. My husband was able to drill the holes to make it work.

I received my order quickly however there was no email confirmation or tracking. Two items were broken. I had noticed one and they did refund me quickly but I didn't notice the other until days later. It was missing a piece to attach to a hose. I got the missing piece so I could use it. Back to the no comfirmation...it must be because I can't get into my account. They have my email for all the ads but not for my account. Even if I click "forgot password" I never get a reset. I've called 3 times for someone to fix and they say someone will email me...that's an oxymoron. I don't think they can email me! The emails don't come through. It's like a circle around and round. I give up. Too many other places to shop.

This company offers a code for free shipping, it does not activate at check out. First I emailed the company 05/25, and was reminded the cost had to be over $49 for the code to activate, the cost was $61.86 well over the amount, I verified the cost and they said they would get back to me..No Follow up. I called Customer Service 05/28 and was told to pay the price without using the promotion code, once it shipped I can call back a get reimbursed for the shipping charge.🤔 This is tricky, and they didn't care to follow up regarding the issue. I prefer to order from a company that actually cares about transparency and their customers' shopping experience.
