I first had dealings with Timney as an employee at her old firm - and it was a great shame when she left as I soon discovered that she was responsible for all my positive experiences with that firm.

When I was re-introduced to her by a mutual connection on LinkedIn I didn’t hesitate to give her and her brand new company an opportunity to show her worth - a she delivered once again. Finding me two suitable tenants above the expiring monthly rental, organising and notifying the local council and utility companies of the change of occupancy and ensuring a smooth handover of old and new tenants on the same day - no unoccupancy period at all.

From start to finish, Timney took complete control of the process, to the point where I was phoning her to make sure she didn’t need anything from me!

She had a good list of would be tenants and was as enthusiastic about my home as I am, treating it like her own when it came to choosing the right couple with me. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Always available, by phone or text, day or night. I can't imagine what it must be like not having contact out of hours now!
