I ordered a Sonos move that was not in stock but was expected to be in stock soon. That was in October. I received the goods in December but not before I had chased them up. It appeared to me that the stock had been received but for some reason my order was not process until I prompted the firm a second time. Once the error was acknowledged my order was processed quickly and the goods received. I also received a letter of apology. Ive given three stars as the ordering process was quick and efficient, once the error was acknowledged the order was processed quickly but my order had clearly been lost in a less than efficient system.
