Because we are from China and know anything about its operation policy, we asked them whether they can ship to China. Their customer service Ms. Helen replied Yes, and "If there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to ask!" So we emailed them a couple questions as follows:

1. If we find out some quality problems after receiving in China, do you have warranty time? Can we return and change to your place? If so, who will pay such mailing fees?

2. Who is the mailing courier for International Tracked service? If we do not receive the shoes after payment, how can we collect back our money?

Ms. Helen did answer the questions, but said: "We dont currently ship to you from our website."
