I have been using this platform for some time and everything is fine for me, but perhaps it would be possible to make some discounts for regular users or sth like this

Overall great and easy to use , but still getting to know this platform. It's been very useful so far, and mostly intuitive and easy to navigate. Certain features however turned out to be harder than expected. Bust mostly we've been really happy with it.

fast to setup, easy to use, and a decent feature set too. I've already sent way more messages than others would have allowed on an average plan. I'd give it 5 stars if ya'll could allow segmenting based on custom fields
