I saw their offer for first time buyers which is buy 1 get 1 free type of deal. And so I received everything that I ordered and the Fantasia Grape 100ml I opened the bottle and the drip lid was attached to the screw on lid.. I took them apart and put the drip lid back on the bottle and I had ordered nic shots so I opened the bottles to add nic shots as you do..
When I put the lids back on they wouldn't click which was odd but I didn't think much of it and I tested the eliquids and they are good.
Now the Fantasia Grape 100ml that Guardianvapes sent to me as I said the lid was attached to the screw on lid.. I was filling up my pod the lid popped off got e liquid all over myself and the floor.. Not a good thing.
So I knew what the problem was the lids are too loose they don't even click into place like they do on other bottles.. Seems like these bottles that are given as free for first time buyers are bottles that had known faults and guardianvapes got them cheap.. Anyway I sent an email with photos and a vid to show them what had happened..
And I got a reply saying we aren't obliged to send you a replacement bottle and not to squeeze the bottle too hard when filling up a pod.. Really? Lol
Didn't think to apologise and look at the video I had attached which showed that the lid could be popped off with one hand which was the issue..
And I wasn't looking for a replacement as I can afford e liquid..
I wanted Guardianvapes to be aware of the bottles having manufacturing issues or maybe it's a one off I did ask but they didn't tell me if any other customer had a similar issue..
Anyway I don't understand why you would go on a defensive as a company to a customer who you don't even know. And treat them like they're a child..
So yeah upgrade the customer service skills and admit fault when you are the one selling a faulty product.
And the eliquids are good decent prices as well and I don't mean Guardianvapes is a bad place to buy from its not it's just my personal experience wasn't great.
Had they been more apologetic rather than defensive I'd have given them 5 stars no problem.
And I'd order from Guardianvapes again because they sell good stuff and I get the fact that issues arise but it's how you deal with them that really matters..
So yeah 3 stars but thanks for the service Guardianvapes.
Edit: that's the same reply as in the emails.
I have been vaping for 2 to 3 years now and I know how to fit a cap back on lol that bottles cap doesn't click into place I have put tape on all the Bottles as none of them click into place.
And I don't want a free bottle a simple apology and acknowledgement is sufficient that some bottles may have a manufacturing issue.. Not like you manufactured them Guardianvapes...
