"a fantastic project managed, client centered experience"

We have had the team with us for about twelve weeks. The task was creating a new bathroom, a new ensuite and rejigging internal walls to modify the dimensions of two bedrooms including creating a dressing room space.
We were very pleased with initial talks regarding the design aspect of the project. We felt we were skilfully helped in making choices and really helped in this respect by jorge and rebecca with showing us products in the showroom and using computer aided design to help us visualise the final look. We felt totally confident that this team knew what they were doing from the outset. At no stage did we feel pushed or rushed to make decisions. The project itself was regularly overseen by jorge and we felt he was always on hand to manage queries and tackle unexpected snags. i cannot tell you how well this was managed except that we felt that our concerns were listened to and solutions were reached as quickly as possible with a positive attitude of supporting us the clients at all times. Given that we had a large piece of work done over an extended time i can honestly say that we felt relaxed that we were in good hands. Nothing is too much bother for the team on the ground, they are pleasant and relaxed in their manner and clearly very skilled at what they do including the preparatory building work done by Jess and the bathroom fitting by gavin and ben.
we were very pleased that decisions were channelled through us so that we felt included/consulted and there were 'no unexpected surprises' as a result. it is inevitable that in a big project there will be dust and noise and a sense of intrusion into the living space. nonetheless i felt the team to a man managed this professionally and with courtesy.
In terms of costs and payment we felt we were keep well informed about the cost of the project and any deviations/extras.
we used barker fleming on the recommendation of friends. we are not disappointed in any way. we have had an excellent experience. if we needed similar work doing in the future we would not hesitate to use this company again. the project was delivered onetime, within budget and to the high standards we expected. our sincere thanks to a great team!!

We had a full bathroom redesign and refurbishment in October 2020 and a full cloakroom redesign and refurbishment in August 2021. We were delighted with both. The design staff helped us to find exactly the fittings we wanted and the fitting staff were superb too. There was attention to detail at all stages. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

The redesign and completion of our ensuite was brilliant and up to the standard of high quality international hotels. Although not the cheapest and quickest, the end result fully justified this and evolution of initial design was conducted with amicable discussions and care.

Outstanding service for our bespoke bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems incurred were corrected. All fittings are of quality so you get what you pay for. Nice to see craftsmanship in this day and age not the quick in and out take your money boys. Would recommend to anyone.
