"Amazing Golf Trip"

I would like to thank Swing Golf for the most amazing golf trip of our lives. Sixteen of us played 10 amazing courses in Ireland. Ballybunion, Tralee, Waterville, Lahinch, Royal Portrush, Royal County Down, Port Stewart, The Island, Old Portmarnock and the European Club. We want to especially thank Eileen for all her hard work. Brendan for handling our bus issue so quickly and without any issues. A big shout out to Danny our bus driver for the two weeks, he made the journeys great. I would definitely book another tour with Swing Golf and I would highly recommended them to anyone else. Again, thanks for an amazing golf holiday!

"Communication"

Only thing stopping from a perfect score of 5 was to do with some of the caddies;
(1) We were not communicated to in advance of the shortage of caddies with many caddies gone back to school and others checking out before tourist season was over. While most caddies were fantastic and could not ask for anything more, others were clearly fill-ins; had trouble physically keeping up and were often a 1/2 fairway behind even with using power carts. Also constantly mixing clubs up in wrong bags, etc. Worst were comments made thinking humours about less skilled players but not taken as humour. Then finding out after the round that some caddies described themselves as a senior caddy, term never heard of (our learning) and demanded $10 more of a tip. Shortage also meant some who ordered single caddies in advance were not available.
(2) The caddy's tip was explained to us ahead of time that $20 per player on top of the caddy fee would be fair. Found out that the caddies were defiantly looking for a $30 tip per player.
Would be very helpful if a caddies limitations could be explained in advance along with accurate fair tip amounts to set proper expectations.
Was a great holiday and SWING was definitely a LARGE part in making it a great vacation experience!

"Swing Golf Trip in Ireland"

SWING put together an exceptional golf package for our 4 courses and hotels in Killarney and Cork. They were easy to contact by phone or email for changes or questions, and delivered as promised.
We played in the following order; Ballybunion, Dooks, Killarney Golf Club and Old Head courses. Each course provided a different experience with very scenic views. If you have the same package, I would recommend playing a warm up game at Dooks or Killarney Golf Club prior to playing the tougher Ballybunion course. A caddy really is needed for the Ballybunion and Old Head courses. Be prepared for high wind and rain when you play at these sea side locations.
The staff at the hotels and golf courses were very helpful. Overall, it was a great Irish golf experience.

"Every Detail Was Covered"

The courses we played were terrific. The daily schedule including tee times was spot on. Our driver was an awesome source of local information. Pleasantly surprised when a Golf Swing rep (the company President actually) stopped by one of our dinners to see how things were going and get feedback. Awesome! Would definitely recommend SWING.

Having recently returned from our long awaited southwest Ireland golf trip , I wanted to drop a note to say thank you to the folks at SWING for making this trip a huge success. Communications with Tommy were always pleasant and helpful. His advice on play order and his ability to secure us great tee-times on all four courses really made the week for us. It was also great to meet Brendan in Killarney which gave my group the opportunity to provide some in person feedback. Overall we had a great week with moderate to cool temps and kept mainly dry, exceeding our expectations - as did the courses we played (Lahinch, Ballybunion, Dooks and Tralee). I would like to give a shout out to Kerry Coaches as well, and Matthew in particular, who proved to be exactly the type and personality of driver we needed for our week. Thanks SWING for making this trip was of the easiest to plan and delivering a better than expected result. Cheers!
