I ordered this record cleaning kit and to my surprise it arrived the every next day and is all that I had hoped it would be. It's a slightly smaller version of one that I had years ago and seems to work very well!

I received a record player for a gift was excited to learn about maintaining my records. I was able to purchase directly from EVEO instead of Amazon and was highly anticipating receiving my order. However, two days after receiving confirmation of my order I received another confirmation from EVEO stating I owe them the same amount I'd already paid. This new balance was to cover the balance of a second order that I did not place. I reached out to customer service and was helped by getting the second order cancelled and a refund. Everything was great until the final email from EVEO another day later, stating my entire order was cancelled. While the communication to resolve the initial issue was at standard, there was somehow still a miscommunication. I still don't know why or how the second order came about, and I don't know why the order was fully cancelled despite me explicitly saying I only wanted the first order. I have purchased my record cleaning tools with another company.
