Since using United Domains as a registrar I have found them to be only average.
The only real good point I have found with them is pre-registering and pre-ordering of upcoming new Top Level Domains, and they have quite a good list and schedule of upcoming TLDs. I have been able to acquire some good domains with pre-orders, but at the same time I have also missed out on a lot too.
Support IS NOT the fastest, as they only seem to provide support Monday to Friday during business hours. So if you send a support query later in the day, don't expect to hear back until the next day or when the weekend is over.
Although there is an online form to fill out for support, replies are only provided by email and not a dedicated online ticket system as is provided by other registrars I use.
Other domain providers I use have 24 hour online support and live chat features, neither of which is supplied by United Domains.
The worst thing about only providing support during business hours is they are in the US, and I am in Australia, so my chances of getting a fast reply is almost impossible due to the time differences.
Also they are not the cheapest of registrars and DO NOT provide default/free Domain Privacy with purchased domains and charge an additional fee for this that other registrars provide for free.
I purchased some .world domains and it took them several weeks to sort out adding Domain Privacy to these after telling me that it wasn't provided with the .world extension, although I was able to get Domain Privacy immediately and for free on the .world extension at other registrars.
Also at this stage they are NOT providing Domain Privacy AT ALL for some new TLDs such as .forsale .space .work .band .energy (so they tell me). Though once again I was able to get this service immediately and for free with other registrars with the same domain extensions.
Hopefully they will be able to sort out providing Domain Privacy on these and other TLDs before I have to transfer to another registrar.
Overall I am only using United Domains for pre-registering and pre-ordering domains, and not for general domain purchases.
