"I placed an order for Dubai collection…"

I placed an order for Dubai collection carpet which I received it in two days time, which I appreciate.

However, the carpet has unbearable smells on which I immediately contacted the seller. I took their advice to put it on open air. The carpet is on open air almost for two weeks, luckily with lots of sunshine but the smells is still there. I have been in contact with the seller but no solution yet. I wish they trust the customers on the claim to either replace the carpet or refund the money. I simply cannot place the carpet in children room...
I hope they can find a solution, the sooner the better.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your concern and suggestion. I am going to send the carpet back today and hope I will either have another carpet or full refund including postal charges.
