At the start of our relationship with Mi-Voice, our organisation had never used on-line voting systems and were very dubious of the whole concept. Mi-Voice have made the transition to e-voting very simple and painless. We now use electronic voting for all our surveys, polls, ballots and recently our elections, and have 'won over' an elite group of people.
Mi-Voice have been there for us whenever we have had a problem or query and have also taken on board some of the ideas we have come up with when first using their systems.

Support from Mi-Voice staff has always been quick and helpful. The development of additional features for evaluating the results, which I believe are in the pipeline, will make this an even more useful tool.

We are an international organisation, including Chinese members whose internet access is sometimes restricted, so I needed a company who could deal with that side. I found them professional and competent from the start; they got back to me promptly, the system was straightforward to use for both ballot preparation and for voting, and most importantly, it worked.
