I needed a laptop. I needed HW upgrade to bigger SSD and WIN OS SW update with some extras… and I needed the laptop as soon as possible. My dream was same day. I was supper happy that your team jumped on this request and did it same day. You made my dream come true. Additionally, I was running late due to the traffic conditions and you left the laptop within the same building at the guys who stayed later till evening and I was able to get it after 16:00 even… THANK YOU SO MUCH. These few words were a minimum I could do for you at this moment…. but I will come back again with my next requests…
