Unfortunately slightly slower than expected delivery but on the flip side very quick email responses from Jess when I queried it with good resolution offered if non-receipt by a certain date which is exactly what you'd expect from an e-tailer. In my case - it turned up afterall so no issues in the end!
Item received and its nice loungewear - lovely colour.
My only reason for the 4* rather than 5* was the lack of tracking number provided on notification of dispatch email or throughout the delivery process so I was blind to knowing where it was or when to expect delivery - but other than that good product
