"Unprofessional and Unethical Sales Practices"

I have repeatedly (over 12 times and probably more) asked Quality Resource, LLC to stop contacting my business. They continue to have their Sales people call every few weeks, and now they have started sending me unsolicited text messages as well. Since I have asked REPEATEDLY for them to stop, I took action today and filed complaints with the FTC against them for both the unsolicited phone calls (after asking multiple times to cease and desist) and unsolicited text messages. I provided the FTC with the phone numbers, call logs, and text messages, so do not try to claim you have never called or texted me. Maybe now you will actually stop. I also see I am not the only one you have harrassed.

UPDATED 1/11/22 to respond to Quality Resource, LLC's response. First, I am NOT defaming your company. I HAVE THE CALL RECORDS FROM YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO MY COMPANY AND HAVE PROVIDED THEM TO THE FTC IN THE FILING - I HAVE SOLID EVIDENCE AND PROOF OR ELSE I WOULD NOT HAVE BOTHERED TO SUBMIT THE FILING. Second, I never said you called me as a consumer - you called my Company/Business (which again has been provided to the FTC). Third, I only have one Trustpilot review because Quality Resource, LLC apparently does not have a Google My Business listing for people to submit reviews about you (how convenient), and the only place I found to let people know that you are harrassing businesses like mine is here on Trustpilot. Your lack of professionalism shows not only in the fact that multiple people have submitted reviews on here complaining of the same problem, but also in your ridiculous and totally unbased and untruthful response to my review. I will NEVER do business with you, and I will make sure that many (hundreds) if not all of my small business colleagues know what you are doing and have done.

These people will not stop calling me and I will be forced to fill out a harassment claim against them because I keep telling them to stop calling. What is wrong with people! Geez!

These people wont stop calling. Called me yesterday, and then AGAIN today! I'm done being nice I asked you not to call, Its like it has become a joke to them to keep calling. I said what do you not understand? I asked you yesterday not to call me and youre calling again?! he said give me a fair chance... fair chance at what? I'm NOT INTRESTED. I told him every time you call I'm leaving a negative review online, he said you have negative reviews as well. Jesus dude I get that you are desperate which tells me everything I need to know . I will not now nor ever do business with Quality resource. They are absolutely DESPERATE because they are clearly FAILING, which is also why they recently changed their name to hide the fact they used to call 100 times under another name.

These clowns try to get on the phone and educate me on how to promote my business but they are not even competent enough to do their own reputation management online all you have to do is a basic Google search on this company and you will find multiple platforms which all illustrate that they do not back up what they claim, after speaking with their sales representative for about 15 minutes trying to get them to explain exactly what it is that they can do just in sheer entertainment since they continually call and try to hound me with their sales pitches , their supposed OWNER got on the line and tried insulting me because I have legitimate questions and specific Google searches that show and illustrate that this company does not do what they claim and their reputation is horrendous… Then they attempted to even make the statement that they were going to threaten to give me a one star review although they have never conducted business with me before to prove their point. I hope they read this review because if I get one negative review from them I will make sure that they are reported to the FTC, the Better Business Bureau, and the AG‘s office for the shady business practices. I will also make it my mission to share my experience with every single review rating web link I can find about the corrupt way that they attempt to do business and the fact that they had the audacity to threaten that they would put a one star review on my business .
