Their shippers - Parcel Force - failed to deliver twice; then, when specifically given to them by whiskey.auction after the return to them, on a Friday for delivery on Monday, instead delivered on the Saturday when, very fortunately, someone was there to accept it.

When dealing with W.A, they have a great website and everything is very clear. Their packaging and delivery service is outstanding and their telephone response first class,
The only concern is their insistence that for any sales one must give a National Insurance Number and any tax ID, AFTER the sal has been made or they will not release th funds, Such demnds shoud be informed before items are entered,
