Oven went out during Easter dinner but was far enough along to finish in a toaster oven. Ordered the part on line Sunday evening. The response was quick and the item was in stock and shipped right away. By 1 PM on Thursday had the part installed and the oven working. Can't ask for a better experience. The price was fair too!

Ordered this part for our washer. As a family of 4 (2 in construction work, 1 working in the medical field) being without a washer is not good. The part came in earlier then expected only took a little bit to change it out and back to clean clothes for us!
