Whenever I purchase projector supplies they are always available, if not I receive a call immediately to resolve the problem. I have been really impressed with the response time of this company. If I have any complaints, which is rare, I am never concerned about resolution.

"Not what I expected"
I went with myprojectorlamp.com because I thought I was getting the original part so I went ahead and ordered even though it was going to take 2 weeks to get it in and even though it was higher than some other sites. Got it in but it wouldn't fit. Found out the housing is not original and the wrong plug was in it. Was supposed to get return instructions by email so I could get a full refund, still haven't received the instructions. Ordered the OEM part from another source for less.

"Arrived partially broken"
The box was well protected and packaged, but the bracket was cracked where two of the screws attach. Because of this, the lamp assembly wouldn't plug in to the electrical contacts. The fix was easy. I just used the old frame and attached the new bulb to it. No harm no foul.

The title says it all. The website showed the lamp was in stock so I ordered it. The next day they called and told me it wasn't in stock and would be one to two weeks till it came in.

The delivery of the product ordered, a video projector bulb, was very slow, taking many more days than I expected. The price of the product is also very high. Much better prices can be found for the exact item through other sources. I will be returning this item to the seller.

"Product was SMASHED when it arrived"
We received our projector lamp we ordered in a reasonable time frame. Upon arrival, that mailing "envelope" appeared to be in good shape. Once I opened it, this was not the case. The box inside was smashed and the lamp inside the box was in many pieces.
I called customer service and they apologized. A new lamp is being ordered and shipped to me. I am without a projector in one of our main meeting spaces because of this delay. I hope the second lamp comes in one piece. Pretty unhappy with this experience. Can't say I would re-order at this point. Who ever heard of sending a $200+ projector lamp in a padded envelope?
