Ik had mijn vraagtekens over de verduurzaming maar het op een renteloze manier kunnen aflossen en daar goeie ondersteuning bij krijgen was voor mij erg belangrijk. Netjes stappenplan waar de service 5 sterren voor krijgt. Erg blij met de thuisbatterij, warmtepomp en isolatie die is aangebracht.

uiteindelijk verder gesproken en ben ik blij dat ik heb geluisterd ze hebben me van de stadsverwarming afgeholpen en ik ben nu zelfstandig me stroom aan het opwekken,opslaan en me huis verwarmen zonder dat ik
die dure vattenfall nodig heb , ik ben heel blij met de service ze hebben ook echt verstand van hun vak en werken heel netjes .

Heren stonden bij mij voor deur in slechte weeromstandigheden.

Was eerst sceptisch maar uiteindelijk zijn we wat meer de diepte in gegaan over de spullen.
Ik had zelf al zonnepanelen en was er niet van bewust dat ik van de stadsverwarming af kon komen.
De meneer heeft me goed geïnformeerd omtrent gehele verduurzaming van de woning.
Ben zeer tevreden over de Warmtepomp en Thuisbatterij.
Alles is netjes geïnstalleerd en mijn maandelijkse kosten zijn flink gedaald!

"Unprofessional at best, downright misleading at worst."

I was approached by Koningsverduurzaming about installing a heat pump. They presented the idea that I could install a heat pump without any investment from my side and use the money that I paid for heating to pay for the installation. At first glance, it all looked attractive but as turned at they fed me incorrect info all the way through. Skipping some minor details on how they calculated the needed electricity and capacity of my solar panels (very inaccurate) here are the main concerns and red flags:
1. They suggested installing a hybrid heat pump. When I asked to explain what a "hybrid heat pump" was, the Koningsverduurzaming representative put it as the following: it's a normal heat pump but it also has a "propane component" in it that makes it more efficient. How exactly it works and what is the "propane component" he couldn't explain but reassured me that it doesn't require any maintenance. A quick Google search reveals that a hybrid heat pump has a furnace that burns propane to generate heat when it's too cold outside (below 0) to use an electric heat pump. Since I don't have gas at my property it would mean buying LPG which would cost me around 200 euros annually + yearly inspection.
2. Running a heat pump requires a lot of electricity and is only profitable if one has enough solar panels to generate surplus and the netting scheme (salderingsregeling) is working. When I asked about salderingsregeling I was told that it would never be cancelled as it's too important. However, by the time when we had this conversation, it had already been decided to cancel out salderingsregeling in 2027. One can say that it's an honest mistake and the representative didn't know about the changes. Might be, but I would expect a company whose sole business is solar panels to be more informed about such impactful changes.
