Following a recent sighting of a rat, I initially reached out to Joe at TPC for some advice. His support was first class, prompt, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He then arranged for a site visit with a local engineer.

Tony's site visit was superb; he was thoroughly professional, skilled and experienced, he put everyone at ease. He is a great character and i enjoyed his company ads he worked. His follow-up visit indicated signs of infestation but also strong progress toward eradication.

I contacted Total Pest Control to clear and re-insulate the loft space in a property I am currently renovating. The service has been excellent from start to finish. Booked through the landlords agent to provide a quote for a full decontamination of my loft. I told them that I wasn't going to be home and to call me when they were on their way as I was staying two minutes away. Found out this morning through the landlords agent that someone did actually turn up at 2pm but just left when nobody was home!! Didn't even try and call me or the agent. Absolute joke.
