This company is doing well and helpful because when I received a letter from the CRS I was mad . After speaking to them they let me know they here to help. That make me comfortable to speak to them

Usual debt collection agency. I did not owe the money, i told them and all you get is them replying "this is how you can pay"
They have the cheek to say on their last email to me that they valued me as a customer. I assume that the case has been closed as they wouldn't ask for my opinion if it was still open. Not that they have told me that! I would not be surprised if they still came after me for the money that i don't owe.
My whole dealings with them has been them telling me that i must owe the money because their client says so,despite me sending them a copy of a letter from their client saying i don't owe anything. They should be treated with the contempt that they treat you with
