"Do not buy from this place… just found…"
Do not buy from this place… just found out my buddy was sold and Rv. They found out it was sold with black MOLD 😱 imagine they had camped with it for a year , then hail storm damage happened but when the tech investigated he found the black MOLD and says this was years worth not a year… and when it was brought to the dealerships attention they treated him horrible and offered only peanuts towards the repair. The GM told my bud to contact the insurance cause it’s under warranty everyone knows insurance companies for RV do not insure that! Be very careful with this place terrible l business I think they will seek a lawyer because who knows if they will be sick

"We recently bought a 5th wheel from…"
We recently bought a 5th wheel from Carmen and because of her it was an easy transaction. She basically took care of everything from start to finish. She explained everything to us and even after everything was done she took the time to get tutorials and send them to us. I highly recommend Carmen and Fraserway RV. I know I will go back to her when the time come. Thank you Carmen and Mike.

"Refund?"
Purchased a 2023 Keystone Outback that was supposed to be new. The trailer had been sitting on the lot for better part of a year. Upon pickup none of the services were completed: resealing, cleaning of inside/out, ensuring all appliances and outside apparatus were working. Upon arrival at my campsite I discovered that the fridge did not work and both grey (sink water) and black (sewer) water tanks were full. Both tanks emptied onto the campsite due to seized release valves. I returned the camper on August 16th and was ensured that it would be serviced on a priority basis. I attempted to contact the Service Manager and Manager on several occasions and did not receive a response. On September 11th my husband and I went to the dealer to meet with the manager in person. After a long discussion we were told that there was a good chance that it had likely been used by a homeless(s) person. He suggested that we look at three equivalent trailers on the lot and that he would do a trade. We picked out the trailer that we were willing to trade for. I asked again for updates and received no response. I contacted him on September 25th and informed him that I needed the new camper for October 1st as my sister and husband were arriving on vacation and that they had planned on using it. On September 27th he called and told me that I would need to pay an additional $12,969.87. I told him that I just wanted my money back. I contacted him three more times and received no response. Followed up again on October 9th. He replied that he was being pulled in different directions due to people being out. We went to the to empty the camper. Upon arrival I went to get the keys, the manager happened to be inside. When I asked where they were with the refund, he responded that it was being worked on. I contacted him twice more and have had no response.

"Booked rv not available again."
Booked our chosen RV 11 months in advance. After renting RV's for 15 years we decided on a small one.
Got to Calgary, your chosen RV is not available, so we've upgraded you to a large one. After some difficult negotiations, we were told that if we waited for one to return, we could have our chosen size. It took 4 hours.
This is covered in the renters standard t&c's.
However, we have had this happen before with other large rv companies. They will take every booking with no regard to availability, and then sort it out a week before your arrival. I realise that it is a logistical nightmare what with one way bookings etc, but they should be more transparent during the booking process, instead of hiding it in the small print. We came across a young couple who had been given a 30ft rv by Fraserway.. To all big RV rental companies that we've used, Fraserway, Canadream, Road Bear, Cruise America and more, just be more open during the booking process.

"Will never deal with Fraserway again"
I am deeply disappointed with my sales experience at the Abbotsford location.
When i purchased a tiny home, I informed them I would make full payment end of the month. I was told the only delay having my transport company pick up was the wire transfer showing up in their account. All went well, then I was not hearing back from the dealer, so i phoned the main number and talked to a nice young man. He informed me that my tiny home was back at the builder for inspection. Once back they would set up a time to go through it. I was never told any of this was going to happen.
I texted my contact again and he said it would be back in a few days for pickup.
I was then told I needed to sign the ICBC transfer in person. I was not told that previously. The ICBC agent said the transfer did not need to be done before releasing for transport. Also, the documents were not signed by Fraserway.
My transport guy spoke with the builder and was told it would not be ready until the next week, as the home was not winterized by Fraserway, and there are burst water lines that needed fixed.
The Abbotsford location made monumental errors in communication. Essentially there was none. And why did my unit not go earlier to the builder? I will not deal with Fraserway in the future.

"No refund after my father died"
My name is Ana and I rented a Motorhome type C-small from Four Seasons RV Rentals Fraserway RV company from 3rd September to 3rd October 2024. A trip starting and ending in Vancouver. Sadly, before my trip began, my father died very sudden and unexpectedly on the 24th of August, last Saturday, and the funeral was on the 28th of August, this Wednesday.
I have to be with my mother and my family and I am in no condition to go on this holiday trip anymore so I had to cancel it last saturday, on the day my father died.
I contacted the company Auto Europe Motorhome Team, where I rented the Camper and kindly requested a full refund but they told me that Four Seasons RV Rentals - Fraserway company wouldn’t give me a full refund of my booking and that they can’t help me, that they are not able to give me a full refund.
I think this is very unfair to me and to my family. I understand that canceling a few days before departure isn’t good for the company, but my father just died and in this very sad and difficult moment I almost have to beg to give me the full refund to such a big company as Fraserway is, as this is an exceptional situation.
For very obvious reasons I am not able to leave my mother behind and go on a holiday anymore. I am grieving for the biggest loss a son or a daughter can have, since I have no father anymore. These are very difficult times for me and my family and it is very difficult for me to also now ask for the money.
Is his death not enough reason to have empathy and kindness and to handle this situation in a different way?
I will leave the answer to the people who will be reading this message in the future.
Kind regards,
Ana

"Renting an RV in Bedford"
Renting an RV in Bedford, Halifax in august 2024 via telephone from Denmark was very uncomplicated and easy. They are helpful and very well communicating. Picking up the RV (and delivering it outside of opening hours) also easy.

"Perfect in every way."
We rented a 29ft Class C extra large for 2 weeks from Airdrie near Calgary. The whole experience end to end was first class. Prompt and friendly inclusive transfers (from airport and back to hotel), comprehensively equipped RV (we brought the convenience packs as we are from the UK), and Realtime support when we had a flat tyre. Everything 5/5. Totally recommend this company.

"We rented a 24 foot class c motor home…"
We rented a 24 foot class c motor home from fraserway rv rentals in Whitehouse, Yukon August 2023 for 7 days. We researched other companies but from the very first contact with Lisa at the Whitehorse location, we knew that our RV experience would be a very enjoyable experience. Thomas was also great, picking us up and dropping off at our hotel...we had previously rented from canadream but found that fraserway included extras with no additional cost, like a generator, lawn chairs, awning, lots of tools, etc. We purchased the 1000 and 500 km packages for 38 cents per km, knowing that we would be slightly over our limit, having to pay 42 cents per km extra. . Lisa was very thorough when we checked in, explaining all the details that we would need. We traveled to Dawson city as well as the Dempster hwy to the territory camp ground. The Ford chassis served us well with plenty of power.. we are looking forward to our next rental with the great and helpful staff at fraserway rv rentals
