very unethical company, sells grade D phones as fully working and then refuse to accept returns, bought in december 2020 with warranty, sold me 4 grade D s8 plus as fully working and tested and now threatening me of legal action if i did not remove my review.

I bought an iPhone 7 in mint condition at the start of November it arrived on time but due to human error we received the wrong phone, now I honestly thought I would be in for a massive fight it was late on a Friday night by the time id managed to open the package and didn't expect an answer till the following Monday but within an hour I had a reply with an apology and explanation of what had happened as well as my returns slip to print off, after a back and forth conversation (my fault due to not been able to print the label off!) it was now 7.50pm on the Friday night! The team member I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure my phone was delivered and even after I explained due to covid causing trouble for are local royal mail the replacement phone was ups serviced to us. The phone its self is perfect and is in fact mint condition, arriving in a personalised metal tin with new charger cable, plug and ear phones all the make of the phone you've ordered, would highly recommend!

I cannot say anything else about this company and those who make it up. Used terminal in very good condition and working perfectly. I had the misfortune to break the microphone due to my fault. I sent the terminal again (from the Basque country) for repair and in 5 days I have it repaired again and working properly.In short: Good quality of the article and excellent both the service and the care provided. Other sellers would have ignored the problem.
