Lauren and Jess have been unbelievable in helping us secure a mortgage. I talked to Jess years ago just for advice as a first time buyer and then came back when I was ready to buy. Truly it’s astonishing how good she is at customer service. Never seen anything like it! Could not recommend more.

It was very quick and was walked through every step making it really easy to understand.
I had my mortgage in principle put in place on the 29th of November my offer accepted on the 5th of December and mortgage accepted on the 13th of December so only 2 weeks in total, Rachel smith was very helpful and always happy to answer questions would highly recommend and will go with her again in the future. FYI: ignore the 1 star rating couldn't be further from the truth.

"Mortgage Application"

This was such an easy process. Our mortgage broker Lily was super helpful and despite me being concerned about our chances of getting a mortgage, Lily was able to find one that was perfect for us. Lily was also able to go through all the different insurances and give us quotes for ones we wanted so we have everything to hand ready to go. Yolande was also very helpful in keeping us updated once the full mortgage application has been submitted. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

During the phone conversation with Rachel Smith I got the impression that I was talking not to a professional in her field but to an amateur. This was later confirmed when I was told to send information about my income.
5 days have passed but I still have not received any response to the email.
Wasted time. I advise others to avoid such companies.
