Splash has been good, prices pretty good for the quality of the wine. I have to upgrade nearly every order to find acceptable wine. All of that is fine but the one thing that makes me score a 4 instead of 5 is charging for my signature. If it's the shipper, then negotiate the cost. I still have to sign at the drop location but there is no charge. Makes no sense, Splash is just poking the customer in the eye.
