I purchased nearly $200 in extensions for my Woocommerce store from MWB, but when one... a shipping tracker for only $29, broke my site and I asked for a refund within their 30-day money back guarantee window, I received only arguments from support.

This shipping tracker promised third-party integrations and listed FedEx and US Postal Service... which I thought were examples. Nope, these, plus one or two more, are the only services that they offered. When alternative and comparatively priced plugins describe third-party integration, they are referring to up to 480 different suppliers with additional capabilities for adding custom companies.

However, MWB wanted me to reinstall their broken plugin on my site, affecting my customers and my business, while they troubleshot a problem for a plugin that I didn't want. All I wanted was for them to stand by the terms of their 30-day money back guarantee. It wasn't like they hadn't already made a killing off me.

The other plugins have yet to really prove their value either, and I wish I could dump the whole lot, but if I can't ask for a $29 refund, I know there is no chance I can get any other money back either.

I gave the free version of WC One Click Upsell Funnel a try, it looked like it would do what I wanted to offer additional products to customers, adding the products to the same order and creating one billing amount for them to pay, but I wanted to use different payment methods and custom pages.
So I bought the Pro version. I don't know a lot of code, so after a small attempt myself, I got onto the Customer Support to help me.
They were brilliant. Connected via Skype to understand what I wanted to do, and then set up the css for me so that it works with the formatting I wanted for the Upsell buttons, and even set me up a couple of different button styles to use on different pages.
