Ich habe das Testabo, was 26,85€ kostet, vor Ende der Testzeit gekündigt, der Betrag wurde trotzdem abgebucht. Nach schriftlichem Kontakt, gab es angeblich eine Rückerstattung, die nie angekommen ist. Der telefonische Kontakt ist eine Katastrophe.
Sie wollen die Schuld auf PayPal schieben und legen auf, wenn sie keine Ausreden mehr haben. Ich hatte 3 inkompetente Mitarbeiter am Telefon, traurig!! Sollte mein Geld nicht umgehend rückerstattet werden, werde ich es strafrechtlich wegen Betrug verfolgen lassen.

I only wanted to make a single CV and did a one time payment for it, and after 2 weeks I was recharged for a subscription without my knowledge or consent, and without sending any information via email. This is very strange and shady, I only just noticed this in my bank application. Please avoid making payments to them.

It's a scam don't fall for it, I've created my CV once it was one time purchase but don't know how I was automatically in there subscriptions, they charged me 19.89 pound, I was shocked I cancelled my subscriptions but then again I got charged again this month 19.89 pound and when I checked I was in subscription but I am 100% sure that I had cancelled it but than again.... don't know, scammerrs!!!!
