"Damage goods"
We purchased one smart board,it was delivered damaged, we received very little assistance with the issue. Someone eventually returned our calls and it was replaced with another damaged board. We had to get a third smart board and so far everything has been fine. We had to pay for three installations and two removals, which was extremely expensive and the company was not willing to compensate us for any of the expense. We are looking to purchase another smart board but we will not be making the purchase with this company.

I feel it is very hard to navigate and I can not get my smart board items that worked on an old smart board to work on the onescreen. I was told they are compatible with the right software, which we purchased.
