My Experience was fantastic. The move was organised for me at short notice. The moving team arrived on time and were efficient, friendly and professional.

We have used MCM twice in the past month. On both occasions they were on time, friendly and considerate of our belongings. Their on-site staff were especially helpful.
I would happily use Melbourne Central Movers should we relocate again.

Would not recommend this company at all. Will never use again. Given multiple different verbal quotes but be very careful about the number of extra charges in the written quote as you actually don’t know the final cost but even after delivery what was quoted as owed and what was actually debited from credit card were two different values. Quite shocked by this practice. Be very wary of this company.

Arrived when they were due - on time. Two energetic and very obliging men. Loaded without any problems and did not waist any time either in loading or unloading. Used plenty of protective gear to prevent damage. Placed furniture where we requested without hesitation when unloading. Very pleasant to talk with and deal with. Would use them again and recommend without hesitation.

Firstly they delivered exactly what they promised. The loading of the truck was difficult due to the layout of my apartment building with stairs and a decent walk to the street where the truck was parked. The two young men were fit strong men ready to get the work done with no complaints about the difficulty due to the building layout etc. Then everything was unloaded and delivered to the designated spot. Unfortunately I don't know their names but they were very pleasant young men, not afraid of work.

Awful service booked well in advance. Pick up time kept being put back after many phone calls was told one of the movers had hurt his leg. Told by one person critical (empathy), only later to be told by mgr it was not bad at all and nobody else wanted to come in to work as it was too hot. Very rude and they offered a $10 discount l. In the end we cancelled and got another at 4pm finished the move at 8pm 😤

These guys were fantastic. Positive attitudes, hard-working and fast. They got the job done and were cheerful and easy to work with.

Could not be happier with the service I received. Good pricing, great communication, picled up and dropped off within the timeframes agreed, and the movers themselves were efficient, courteous and respectful. I'll definitely be using them for my next move.
