"Excellent customer experience, excellent integration with our CRM, all round excellent product"

We've had integrated TalentLynk's API for a couple of months now and it's been a fantastic time saver for our business. Removing the admin task of note taking and having all communications methods with clients and candidates in one place makes their experience so much smoother. The AI summery is extremely useful and accurate and the service we've received from Omar and Dan has been exceptional especially when compared to similar tools we've used. Would highly recommend to any recruitment business.

Had initial call with Omar to show me how to navigate and use system. Omar is very knowledgeable and explains things in a clear and concise manner. I have only had 1 slight issue with TalentLynk so far (was syncing very slowly) and reached out to Omar who kept me updated and informed me when the issue had been resolved.

This is a great tool to use as a recruiter, this makes screening candidates so much easier as you don't have the stress of note taking. It bullet points the most important information from the call and you can create an AI summary. This tool connects to our CRM so that we can record all communication from clients and candidates for future use. Dan and Omar have been fantastic, meeting all our needs. Would highly recommend.
