I have been working with Mike for over a year now. It’s hard to explain how much my confidence has grown during this time but it was only recently when Mike asked me to write up a review for the last year that I realised what I had achieved and was so caught up in day to day working and family life, that I hadn’t taken time to stop and reflect. It was heart-warming and I am very grateful to have had Mike there for me though some of the more difficult times, he has been a massive support and has been incredibly motivational over the past year or so.

I have also learnt a lot about myself working with Mike and how my personality impacts some of the business decisions I make. It’s really nice now that whenever anything comes up during the week that I’d normally have taken home with me and stressed over, maybe not sleeping or concentrating on my family, I now just write it down in my book and we discuss it in our weekly check-ins.
