"Great Experience"

Wow, a lot of negative reviews. This would have been enough when I bought my license through them, not to. However I purchased OIffice 2019 1.5 years ago and loaded onto 5 PC's, still works great. I reached out to them once and they responded. Sorry so many good people here are unhappy.

purchased Office 2021 pro, 5 device licenses. Loaded on my tablet and after a little less than a year of use something deactivated it. Nothing I do, the key I was sent, reactivates. Only one computer key was used.
Despite using their contact us link, sending several emails over a period of months... NO RESPONSE!!!

Evidence indicates PCH Helper Software is a scam and their Customer Service does not exist!

I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Profession Full Version. I was able to download it but after reaching out to customer service numerous times I am still not able to activate. I can not get any results in resolving the issue.

The software wouldn't work on my MAC so I had to purchase MS360 to get excel and word to function.

I didnt have time to troubleshoot due to a deadline I had to meet.

I am not sure why the programs will not work.
