"Pleasure to deal with"

Our heating & hot water stopped working just as the cold snap began, Murphy's Law! We got a boiler repair man out and he couldn't fix problem, so we still shivered. Somebody suggested phoning Precision Heating as they specialize in Viessmann boilers. What a wonderful experience!! Spoke to Thomas who talked me through a few things and we managed to get it back working. I can't praise Thomas highly enough, he was brilliant and a credit to your company. I'd highly recommend Precision Heating to anyone, a total pleasure at a stressful time. Will definitely use again. Many thanks.

"Bad Viessmann experience"

Terrible experience trying to track down warranty entitlement on a Viessmann gas boiler, after an apparently known issue with a leaking flexi-hose destroyed the control panel PCB. Obscenely expensive to replace, given how cheap PCBs are to produce.

Refused to sell me a PCB board and was told to get a RGI registered plumber to order the part for me. I was told its against the law to sell me a gas part which is not true. Very poor service altogether
