We booked a day trip to Mekong delta and rural Nha Trang through Pyala Travel. It was reasonably easy to agree on the itinerary and payment to Holland by bank transfer was convenient. There was some delay on both of our trips because one guide went to the wrong port and the other one was waiting for us inside the port rather than outside where we had agreed to meet. Therefore both days started out nervously if we can manage to see everything we planned. we did not have time to go to Saigon eventhough it was in the itinerary and the program in Nha Trang seemed a bit rushed - we would have liked for the travel agent to guide us more in the planning phase what is realistic and what is not. However the days were wonderful, the guides were telling us important facts and stories about Vietnam and they were very friendly. Overall impression was therefore positive.

"Iran Tour"

We had a wonderful tour of this fascinating country, our guide for 2 days in Tehran Dina Shahin was very good and our driver guide for the next 3 weeks Ramin Ghahremany he was fantastic and became a friend.
The hotels in Iran are not up to international standard but are acceptable with the exception of the Akhavan Hotel which was dreadful, we refused to stay there after the first night and swapped with the driver in the staff accommodation in the Kerman Tourist Hotel which was OK, the driver refused to stay another night at the Akhavan Hotel, it's not fit to keep a dog in.
Pyala travel did a very good job of organising our trip and would recommend them.
