"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. I pre booked a taxi for my 16 year old daughter who just got her first job hours in advance for 1.30 in the morning. They just don’t bother turning up so cancel the fair with no contact (they do this regularly if it doesn’t suit the driver) but charged me £8.40 anyway? This is another thing they do regularly so watch your accounts. Dodgy company who have taken money from my account on several occasions completely unacceptable. I will report this time as it’s now beyond a joke. Unfortunately in NI there isn’t much choice but to use them but they should be held to account for the dodgy charges this company is very wealthy

I prebooked a Fonacab fro
The Parlour, Elmwood Ave, Belfast for 23:10 last night, 1st June. Despite waiting outside with my friend ( 2 females) and actually being early to ensure we didn’t miss the driver no taxi showed up. We were desperate to get home and had no choice but to get an uber. This cost 30 pounds( home: Belfast). I have been charged 5 pounds for a ‘no show’ and have had to pay an extortionate amount for a taxi through no fault of my own , despite prebooking on thr Fonacab app . This is not an acceptable service . The situation has been made worse due to not actually being able to speak to someone with regards to this.. I would not recommend anyone booking via this company.

When you book a cab, double check the booking and details.
The driver went to the wrong address, the cab company had no solution causing me too miss my flight and forced me to spend £188 pounds on another ticket, missed my meetings.
Be basically professional, employ driver who can read and a system that is accountable

The customer service is horrible but it's available everywhere and they have many drivers here in the UK. Better than nothing I guess.

Unbelievably poor customer service, needed to pre book a taxi for the following day on their app, not possible, phoned to ask why, told it's just not possible goodbye.

In general I am quite happy with this company and the drivers. But do Not use the pre booking service, or if you do, call 20 min before, and repeat your call every 5 minutes until you have confirmation a driver is on the way. Pregbookings are normally just ignored, so you have to keep calling well in advance

Absolutely awful and unreliable company. You pre order a taxi hours before pickup and you’ll still be waiting. Atrocious customer service- employing people who can barely speak English on their mobile lines.
This has been the same for years.

I took a cab to downtown. The driver b.itchslapped me with he´s gun. But that is not the worst part. I noticed he wasn´nt wearing a seatbelt, wich is very dangerous and illegal.

18 year old booked taxi at 7.30pm for 2.30 am from town to crumbling. 2.57 am taxi, blue Toyota, was 5 mins away after 5 mins car was reassigning, silver Toyota was 5 mins away again after 5 mins car was reassigning again. Notified black Volkswagon was here checked where we were got out of car ran round street to check no sign so phoned driver to be told he was there for 10 mins and phoned three times was on another job now phone office - we were literally watching phone for updates and there were no missed calls, phoned office got automated answer phoned back explained what happened and was told I can see on map he was there told him no he really wasn’t but insisted and said no other cars available as fully booked in town. Would not have believed any of this except I picked up my daughter from same place and was sitting with him waiting for taxi. Luckily I was there or he was stranded on his own. Obviously none of these drivers wanted to do a run to crumlin cos they’d make more staying local - tell customer this instead of putting them in a dangerous situation.
