The ink cartridge did NOT work in my fax machine. I sent messages many times, no answer.

I had followed the guidelines to order a toner cartridge that should fit my machhine. It was the wrong size. I waited a week for an anser how to return. That response came after I contacted them again. Only the $35 toner bar was to cost me $20 more just to return it!! What's the sense!????
I wont be using this again and will spread the word that it costly.
